Tony’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated in the Church of the Holy Rosary, Castlebar on Saturday 19th August 2023 at 7.00pm.
It will be streamed live on www.churchtv.ie/castlebar or it can be listened to in Castlebar on the Castlebar Parish Radio 105.3 fm.
Tony will be sadly missed by his Mother Anne, son Conor, sisters, nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles, cousins, neighbours, his work colleagues in Staunton’s Barbers and his many friends.
We the family of Tony Fallon would like to take this opportunity to express our deepest gratitude to all who sympathised with us following the sudden passing of Tony, including people who placed messages of condolence online, those who phoned, texted and who kindly sent Mass Cards.
To all who travelled distances to attend Tony’s Funeral, especially his neighbours and long-time friends Paudie, Fintan and Cory .
We were overwhelmed by the number of people who turned out to pay their respects to Tony at Kilcoyne’s Funeral Home and at the Funeral Mass and all who travelled to Shannon Crematorium for the Cremation Service, thank you all so much.
To the people who were unable to attend, we are grateful to you for keeping Tony and our family in your thoughts and prayers.
A heartfelt thanks to Tony’s close friends Brendan and Eugene who helped and supported us throughout our toughest days following Tony’s untimely death.
To our extended family, friends and neighbours who supported us during this time especially those who brought food and flowers thank you.
We would also like to express our gratitude to the Gardai in helping us in the search for Tony.
Thank you to Fr. Shane Costello for the beautiful Mass and for your prayers and kindness to us. To Brenda Grealis for the beautiful music and singing and to all who participated in the Funeral Mass, thank you.
A special thank you to Michael Kilcoyne and Kilcoyne Funeral Home for their thoughtful and professional attention to detail throughout the funeral days. The support you have provided to us has brought us immense comfort at this sad time.
Thank you to all at Shannon Crematorium for your kindness and professionalism throughout the service for Tony.
Special thanks to Eugene for the beautiful eulogy you wrote and read and to Robby for the Liverpool flag and to Brendan, Paudie, Fintan, Cory and Tony’s nephew Alan for their lovely and thoughtful words about Tony. Thank you to his sister Teresa for organising and planning everything.
We will be eternally grateful to each one of you for helping us to give Tony the send-off he so truly deserved.
It is impossible to thank everyone individually, but we do hope you will all take this acknowledgement as an expression of our appreciation.
We will be forever grateful.
