Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated in St. Cronan’s Church, Balla, on Saturday, July 16th  at 10am with burial of his ashes in the adjoining cemetery.

We, the family of the late Eamon Mallee, wish to offer our heartfelt thanks to all those who sympathised and supported us in our recent bereavement. Thank you to all who attended his removal and funeral Mass. Thank you to everyone who kindly sent Mass cards, online condolences and those who made donations to the Hospice in his memory. Thank you to those who supplied food and refreshments. To the wonderful staff of Mayo University Hospital, especially A Ward, who cared for Dad. To the Mayo Hospice, who took such care of Dad in his final days, we will be eternally grateful for your care, compassion, understanding and friendship. A sincere thank you to his G.P., Dr. Joe Loftus, Dr. Rooney and the team at Mayo University Hospital, Jacinta and the team at Palliative Care, the Oncology Unit, Castlebar and Balla Pharmacy. Thank you to Fr. Carney for a lovely Mass and to Sharon Cuffe and Tom Lyons for the beautiful music. Thank you to Michael and Phil Kilcoyne, Funeral Undertakers and family friends, for their professionalism and kindness in organising Dad’s funeral preparations and also Shannon Crematorium. For everyone else not mentioned, please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our genuine appreciation and gratitude.
