We, the family of the late Angela Niland who passed away peacefully on 8th June at Mayo Hospice Castlebar, want to thankmost sincerely all those who sympathized, supported and comforted us on our recent sad loss.  We offer a heartfelt thanks to the many friends, family and neighbours that called to our homes, attended the removal, funeral Mass, and burial. Thanks to all who sent Mass cards, left online messages of condolences and all those who travelled long distances, we are truly grateful. Thanks to Robert Kelly and all at Life Pharmacy Kilkelly, Dr. Clair Ward and staff at Kilkelly Medical Practice, Dr. Silvia Blaskova and her team at UCHG Galway and Rosemary Parsons public health nurse who all cared for Mam so well.  Thanks to Mam’s Palliative Clinical Care nurses Aoife, Siobhan, Miriam and all the nurses and staff of palliative care team at Mayo Hospice Castlebar for their kindness and care shown to Mam throughout her illness. A special word of thanks especially to Kathy who provided Palliative Home care to Mam and was supported by Carrie. Both ladies not only cared for Mam but also became part of the family and we are forever grateful to them all they done. Thanks to Fr. Joseph Gavigan for his beautiful funeral Mass, to the readers, musician Carmel McLoughlin and to sacristans Christina and Paddy and all who participated in the Mass and prepared the church so beautifully. To Garry Murphy Funeral Director for his thoughtful and professional attention to detail throughout the funeral days. To the gravediggers who prepared Mam’s final resting place, we are very grateful. We would like to thank all those who joined in the guard of honour. Thanks to Ann, Knock House and to Duffy’s Pub for the food and refreshments over the funeral days. As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our sincere gratitude. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.
