Hospital, Galway University
Hospital, Galway Hospice, Pallative Care teams in Galway and
Mayo, Roscommon Mayo Hospice and community nurses, Dr.
Sharon Collins and staff, Tracey’s Pharmacy in Westport, the
Garda Síochána in Partry and Galway, An tAthair John Kenny,
Father Frank Fahey, An tAthair Mícheál MacGreal, Father Pat
Lennon P.P. Ardagh Co. Longford, the gravediggers, Kilcoyne
Funeral Directors, the Mass servers, the Sacristan and the
Church musicians. A special word of thanks also to Mr. Peter
Hynes and all the staff at Mayo County Council and our kind
neighbours and friends whose help and support at this sad time
will always be remembered and appreciated. Since it would be
impossible to thank everybody individually for their kindness to
us, we trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted by all
as a token of our deepest appreciation and thanks. The Holy
Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for all your intentions.
