Month’s mind Mass in the Church of the Holy Rosary, Castlebar on Saturday 17th September at 7pm.

We the family of  Michael Moran (Scoby), his wife Cathy, son Stephen, daughters Kim and Sara and his mother Josie, sisters Marion and Lorraine, grandchildren, daughter-in-law, son-in-law and all the family wish to thank sincerely all those who sympathised with us following the death of our beloved Michael (Scobie).

We will be forever grateful to those who attended at Kilcoyne’s Funeral Home and the Funeral Mass in the Church of the Holy Rosary  Castlebar and burial afterwards.

Thank you to all those who sent cards, letters and messages of sympathy and memories of our beloved Michael (Scoby) on Midwest Radio website and Rip.ie.

We will always be grateful to the members of his beloved  football club Castlebar Celtic and  friends who showed such respect to Michael (Scoby) with the wonderful respectful guard of honour. 

Heartfelt thanks to Castlebar Celtic for providing food and refreshments after the funeral.  You were always so much a  part of his life.

Thank you so much to Fr Conal Eustace for the beautiful Mass and for attending at Kilcoyne’s Funeral Home and at the graveside. Your words brought us great comfort thank you.

Thank you to Sr. Margo and the Church choir for the beautiful music.

We really appreciated the kindness and consideration shown to us by Cathy’s work colleagues in Baxter Laboratories and all our friends. Your friendship is so important to us and is truly appreciated.

To our wonderful friends and  especially our neighbours in Riverdale Court  who showed us so much kindness and understanding at this most difficult time and continue to do so a huge thank you.
