The family and extended family of the late Bridget Keane, who passed away after a short illness, would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to all of Mam’s many wonderful neighbours, friends, and carers. We would like to thank everyone who came to the funeral home, church service and burial, especially those who travelled long distances from the United Kingdom and all over Ireland to express their condolences, this was greatly appreciated by the family. We would also like to thank our wonderful friends and relatives who couldn’t make it but rang and sent flowers, cards, and to everyone who brought refreshments to the house. Thank you to everyone who left messages of condolences on both Midwest Radio and R.I.P.ie. We would like to thank everyone who helped Mam over the last while, especially the public health nurses, health professionals, homecare providers and to extended family, and neighbours for all your care and visits to Mam. We would like to thank the Staff of Mayo University Hospital, who made Mam’s final days comfortable and peaceful. We express our sincere thanks to Fr. Dixie Faber C.C for celebrating such a wonderful Mass. The family would like to extend our sincere gratitude to Michael Kilcoyne Funeral Director for his professionalism, support, and attention to detail, during this sad time and to Joan McHale for her help preparing Mam. Thank you to Brenda Grealis for the lovely and moving music, Balla Florists, and to the gravediggers who prepared Mam’s final resting place. Thank you, to all the staff of the T.F Royal Hotel for the lovely meal following the burial. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as our sincere thanks and appreciation.
