We, the family of the late Bernie Redmond, her husband Andrew, sons David and Steven and extended
families wish to thank all those who sympathised with us on our recent sad loss. We wish to thank all those who called to our home, attended Bernie’s removal, funeral Mass and burial, to those who sent Mass
cards, messages of sympathy and those who gave donations to Mayo Roscommon Hospice. A heartfelt
thank you to our families, neighbours and friends who were so supportive. Thank you to Fr. Conal
Eustace and Fr. Chas Guthrie for making Bernie’s funeral Mass so meaningful and to Brenda Grealis for her lovely music. Thank you to Mayo University Hospital, University Hospital Galway, The Mater Misericordiae University Hospital Dublin, Swinford District Hospital, Home Care and Palliative Care Teams for all
your wonderful care, to Dr. Brid O’Malley and staff and to Mary, Ian and staff at MacAuliffe’s Pharmacy. Thank you to the staff of Baxter Healthcare for the guard of honour and to Bernie’s very loyal workmates and lifelong friends there and also for your very generous donations to Mayo Roscommon Hospice. Thank you
to the Mulroy family, Mayo Leisure Point and Hogs Heaven for all their support and refreshments, to Kilcoyne Funeral Directors for all your help and continued support to our family and finally, thank you to the gravediggers for preparing Bernie’s final resting place.
