Agnes Allison (nee Tuohy)

Kilbeg, Claremorris, Co. Mayo – who sadly passed away on 20th January 2023.

We, the family of the late Aggie Allison, would like to express our heartfelt thanks for the kindness and support that we have received since our dear Mam passed away. As a family we have been carried through this difficult time by wonderful family and friends and we have taken great comfort in the huge outpouring of support we have received. Thanks to all who called to our home, sympathised with us at the funeral home, attended her funeral mass, sent mass cards, floral tributes and online condolences.

We would like to thank Martin Gilligan Funeral Director for his empathy and professionalism throughout. Thanks also to Fr. Peter Gannon for his support and his beautiful delivery of Mams funeral mass. Thanks to Tom and Sharon for the most moving music at Mams funeral mass. A warm thanks to Dolly & Dick Byrne for the lovely spread of food after the burial.

We wish also to take this opportunity to thank all those who cared for Mam in the past number of months, to all her doctors, nurses, pharmacists, palliative team and indeed all who were kind to her and helped her through her journey.

As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our appreciation to all who supported and comforted us in any way over the past few weeks.

Mam was a truly wonderful Mother, Nana, Sister, Aunt and Friend and she will be sorely missed.

Aggies Months Mind Mass will take place on Saturday 25th February 2023 at 11am in St. Colman’s  Church, Claremorris.
